HEADQUARTER terms of use

HEADQUARTER is internal operations software operated at headquarter.polymer.ws by Polymer Workshop ApS (“the company”). It is not a product offered to the public and it is not sold, licensed or made available to any third party.

These terms govern use of the application by the people the company authorises to use it: its own personnel, and the logistics and accounting providers acting on its instructions.

• Access requires an account issued by the company and is limited to the named individual it is issued to.
• Access may be changed or withdrawn at any time, without notice and for any reason.
• Credentials must not be shared, and any suspected compromise must be reported to the company immediately.

The application may be used only to carry out the company’s own business: managing products and stock, fulfilling and shipping orders, and confirming that those orders have been invoiced. Data reached through the application, including data read from connected systems, may be used for no other purpose and may not be copied, exported or disclosed except as needed for that work.

The application connects to third-party systems on the company’s own accounts, including Shopify, Turis, Shipmondo and e-conomic. Those systems are governed by their own agreements with the company. Nothing here grants any right in them, and the application does not give any user access to an account the company does not itself hold.

The application is provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind. The company does not undertake that it will be available, uninterrupted or free of error, and accepts no liability to users for loss arising from its use, to the extent Danish law permits.

These terms may be changed at any time. The version published at this address is the one that applies.

Danish law applies. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts, with Copenhagen as the venue of first instance.
